Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement holistic change management strategies and frameworks tailored to project and business needs.
Apply industry best practices (e.g. Prosci ADKAR Kotters Model) to ensure smooth change adoption and minimize resistance.
Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure and refine the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Partner with project teams to embed change management activities throughout project plans and deliverables.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders guiding them through transformational change.
Build strong relationships across departments to align change efforts with business goals and cultural priorities.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure clarity transparency and buyin.
Create compelling change narratives and messaging strategies tailored to various audiences.
Identify organizational impacts including changes to roles responsibilities or structures and provide strategies to address them.
Guide leaders on how to support their teams through the change journey.
Design and deliver training programs workshops and coaching sessions that foster change readiness and capability.
Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to align change enablement with companywide development programs.
Foster a culture of agility inclusion and continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Define governance processes to ensure accountability alignment and success tracking for change initiatives.
Monitor and collect feedback through surveys focus groups and data analytics to optimize future change efforts.
Continuously refine and maintain a scalable change management toolkit and methodology.
