Job Description
Rome Health is currently seeking a Clinical Educator. The Clinical Educator will coordinate professional development and career growth utilizing evidencebased practice guidelines to assure exceptional patient outcomes. Educators are also responsible for developing implementing and evaluating standards of care and/or protocols that result in changes to improve patient care practice and/or systems. Contributions are made to the nursing profession through consultation presentation and/or publication.
RN educators must have 35 years of clinical experience in the acute care setting with at least 2 year experience within their nursing specialty preferred. BSN is preferred.
Educators must possess all required certifications within their specialty area
