Position Description:
An Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in payroll is responsible for implementing configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules particularly focusing on payroll functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.

System Testing and Troubleshooting
User Training and Support

Stakeholder Interaction
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll including but not limited to: Time Tracking integration Legacy system integrations SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll & Employee Central Certification (Mandatory)
Minimum of 2 endtoend implementations of Canadian payroll on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
At least 5 years of handson experience in Canadian payroll business processes ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations and best practices.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is preferred to support seamless payroll integration and business process alignment.
Ability to independently configure customize and implement new payroll modules/functionality as required
Produce solution design documentation and successful delivery of Employee Central Payroll
