Our Neonatologists and NNPs work collaboratively continuing these efforts to deliver exceptional care in the hospitals NICU.

Midland Memorial Hospital in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our program (named one of the best places to work by Modern Healthcare in 2023 & 2024.

• 18 beds Level II NICU
• Average 2300 deliveries annually
• Average daily census of 11
• NNP inhouse 24/7
• Physician provides inhouse coverage during the day call from home
• Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III early 2026

• Active TX license or IMLC license preferred
• Board Certification in Neonatology required
• A minimum of 1year postfellowship clinical experience required
• Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months)

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W2 per diem position.
