Role Overview:
As a Client Success (Account) Manageryou will be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. Your role involves building strong relationships identifying opportunities for growth and providing solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Grow Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships and ensuring longterm retention.
Drive Revenue: Identify and act on upsell and crosssell opportunities to increase account value.
Client Advocacy: Understand client needs deliver custom solutions and proactively resolve concerns.
Strategic Sales Planning: Execute personalized account strategies aligned with revenue goals.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments (Sales Billing Ops) to ensure seamless client service.
Use of CRM Tools: Track interactions update client records and manage pipelines via Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor the healthcare compliance industry and use market insights to drive strategy.
Qualifications:
2 years of B2B sales client success or account management experience
Experience in healthcare or multilocation service industries is a plus
Proven ability to grow existing accounts and build trust
Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills
Comfort using CRMs like Salesforce HubSpot Outreach etc.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
