DescriptionJunior Private Equity Client Service Executive
The Role
- As part of the International FINEX Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity team you will be responsible for working with the broader team in coordinating growing and managing private equity/financial sponsor business and relationships across all WTWs lines of business including M&A.
- There will be a focus on ensuring quality client service and conversion of new business opportunities servicing portfolio companys requirements ensuring connectivity and access to WTWs specialisms and relevant expertise in any required geography globally.
- You will develop client and internal WTW relationships and convert prospects working with all lines of business.
Major accountabilities
- Client Relationship Management: Understand the clients business structure and their insurance needs. Provide support in the stewardship of portfolio companies to Private Equity clients. Maintain active relationships with key internal WTW stakeholders.
- Strategy and planning: support in setting and delivering the strategy of the WTW Private Equity proposition (internally).
- and internal stewardship: focus on building WTWs Private Equity capability ensuring and advice is of the highest standard. Deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients through the use of the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets delivering bespoke insurance solutions within tight timeframes.
- Inclusive and collaborative works with PE/M&A team members and producers of M&A business globally cognisant of local culture and capabilities working to identify and convert M&A new initiatives supporting FINEX initiatives and innovation.
- Organisation design and development working with other WTW offices and other lines of business to convert business and coordinate activities including innovation and crossselling initiatives to better service prospect and clients.
- Reporting: prepare regular / periodic updates reports and analysis to assist PE M&A Finex LoB and CRB leadership.
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Professional experience gained from within the Insurance industry
- ACII or working toward
- Experience or interest in advising on mergers and acquisitions insurance investment banking and private equity clients
- Interest in business development in particular in developing strong client relationships and identifying converting and managing opportunities across lines of business and jurisdictions
- Good project management skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Educated to a Degree level preferred but not essential
