Per Mar Security Services has been a family owned and operated fullservice security company since its inception in 1953. We provide security officer electronic security fire alarm and background and investigative services serving customers in multiple states throughout the Midwest region.

Help make a difference in your community by working as a Security Officer with Per Mar Security Services!
We are looking for a parttime security officer at Hanna Steel in Pekin IL.
Friday 11pm 7am Saturday 11pm 7am and Sundays 11pm 6am.
Schedule will expand with holidays.
23 hoursperweek at $18 an hour.
**PERC holders are preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will be flexible with scheduling be dependable have excellent customer service skills have great oral and written communication skills and have a positive attitude!!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft violence or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors windows and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security Integrity Communication Excellent Service and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Companys preemployment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
