Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in the daytoday operation of the kitchen
- Producing food for guests efficiently economically and hygienically
- Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation according to recipes and standards
- Using all equipment tools and machines appropriately
- Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues supervisors and guests
About You:
- Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (restaurant background preferable)
- Strong technical abilities reliable flexible and works well under pressure
- Skilled in time management and organisation
