Vos tches en un coup dil

• Vous prenez des mesures propratoires et postopratoires tout en fournissant des explications claires aux patients tout au long du processus.
• Vous rvisez les cartes dimageries obtenues pour en assurer lexactitude.
• Vous possdez les connaissances concernant les procdures et technologies offertes dans la clinique.
• Vous offrez un service la clientle et des soins aux patients exceptionnels.

Une vue claire sur vos atouts

• Vous avez une formation dopticien russie (certification non ncessaire) COT ou COMT certifie par la JCAHPO ou un baccalaurat en sciences.
• Votre exprience dans le domaine de loptique est considre comme un atout.
• Vous tes motiv dapprendre utiliser divers outils de diagnostic et de test.
• Vous tes laise avec les outils informatiques la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systmes de DME est un atout).
• Vous avez dexcellentes aptitudes en communication vous parlez franais et matrisez langlais de niveau intermdiaire avanc en raison de la nature des tches ou dinteractions avec nos patients anglophones.

In this role you will provide support to several of our clinics located inMontreal Mount Royal Laval Brossard and PointeClaire with occasional travel to the Greater Quebec City area.
This is a unique opportunity to diversify your experience and collaborate with multiple teams across our network.

Monday to Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Your tasks at a glance

• You complete preoperative and postoperative measurements offering clear explanations to patients throughout the process.
• You review imaging maps to validate their accuracy.
• You are knowledgeable about procedures and technologies available in the clinic.
• You provide outstanding customer service and patient care.

A clear view of your assets

• You are a graduate of a Bachelors program in science (BSc) an Opticianry program (license not required) a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT) or a foreigntrained ophthalmologist optometrist or medical doctor.
• Your experience in an eyecare environment is an asset.
• You are comfortable with computers technology and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You are motivated to learn how to use various diagnostic and testing tools.
• You have excellent communication skills you speak French and you have an advanced intermediate level of English due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our Englishspeaking patients.
