Think Tell Junction Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Event Specialist where you will gain handson experience in the exciting world of event planning and . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizing memorable experiences and have a knack for detailoriented tasks. As an Entry Level Event Specialist you will be involved in various aspects of event coordination from site selection to logistics and onsite management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and of various events including corporate meetings weddings and festivals.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection catering transportation and accommodations.
- Manage event registration and guest lists ensuring smooth checkin processes.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
- Support marketing efforts through social media promotions and content creation.
- Provide onsite support during events addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when necessary.
