Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent (Required) And
Experience
2 Years Front or back office experience in a clinic setting (Required)
Skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks in one setting.
Ability to work both independently and as a team.
Able to effectively communicate with staff patients vendors and other contacts.
Provides positive professional customer service to patients staff and visitors.
Able to maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records.
Demonstrated working knowledge of health care administration concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
What You Will Do
Manages clinic staff on daytoday operation.
Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.
Coordinates general front office activities including but not limited to: registration TOS collections verification of benefits appointment scheduling daily billing daily reconciliations and other related duties.
Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
Assists the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
Assists the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
