Marketing Manager Suburban Collection Showplace (Novi MI)

Epoch Catering at the The Suburban Collection Showplace Michigans premier exposition conference and banquet facility is seeking a fulltime Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Novi MI. This role offers a unique blend of handson digital marketing social media management advertising sales and collaborative event promotion. The ideal candidate will be a creative organized and resultsdriven professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others.

• Create engaging content (graphics videos copy) to promote the facility and upcoming events.

• Maintain a content calendar and monitor analytics to optimize engagement and reach.

Facility Marketing & Event Promotion

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to market the Suburban Collection Showplace as a whole.

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to publicize upcoming events and increase attendance.

• Coordinate with Event Coordinators and Sales Managers to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Internal Advertising & Sponsorship Sales

• Identify and sell advertising opportunities within the facility including parking tickets signage and digital displays.

• Develop sponsorship packages and secure partnerships to enhance revenue streams.

Email Marketing & Communications

• Manage email marketing campaigns to promote events and facility offerings.

• Produce a quarterly newsletter highlighting upcoming events facility news and other relevant information.

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve open and clickthrough rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital and social media.

• Proficiency in social media platforms email marketing tools and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in sales or sponsorship acquisition is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
