We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Tech Hiring Executive & Technology Evangelistto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process for technical roles driving employee engagement and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This role combines the strategic functions of talent acquisition and HR with the proactive responsibilities of a technology advocate and mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- EndtoEnd Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers & CTO to develop clear and compelling job descriptions identifying key skills and qualifications required.
- Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
Training and Development:
- Skill Development:Identify training needs for technology team employees and arrange for remote or inperson courses to enhance their skills. Secure budget approvals and oversee the of these training sessions.
- Technology Meetups:Organize and lead tech team participation in various technology meetups conferences and events both within and outside the office to promote continuous learning and networking.
Employee Engagement and Support:
- OnetoOne Discussions:Conduct regular oneonone meetings with tech team members to understand and address individual and team issues providing guidance and support.
- Career Guidance:Assist employees in understanding their current roles and expectations engage in candid conversations about career development and ensure they receive the necessary support to achieve their career aspirations.
HR Functions:
- HR Strategy Alignment:Partner with teams to align HR strategies with business goals fostering a collaborative highperformance culture.
- Employee Relations:Provide support on employee relations performance management and talent development initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting:Prepare detailed reports on HR activities and employee performance offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of HR experience particularly in technical recruitment and HR business partnering.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
