The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastries motivated to learn and grow hold highvolume production experience and must possess the ability to read recipes. Hotel experience and InRoom Dining experience are preferred but not required. This is a union position.

Shift Pattern:Full availability is required including weekdays weekends and holidays. This position will primarily support the PM shift 1:00 PM9:00 PM); however flexibility to support Mid and AM shifts is also required.
Pay Rate:$22.80 per hour.

What will I be doing
As a Pastry Cook you would be responsible creating preparing producing and baking all pastries breads rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
