Job Description
Clean Harbors inEdmonton ABis currently looking for Material Processing Technicianto join their safety focusedteam! The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining dredges and centrifuge systems.This position requires travel for 24 weeks at a time based off the project demand.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes;
- Operates centrifuges and electric dredges;
- Maintains centrifuges and dredges;
- Rigs up and rigs out dredging and centrifuge equipment;
- Performs general duties required to complete work such as: debris removal clean up set up etc.;
- Completes all required paperwork.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or construction based experience is strongly preferred;
- Previous centrifuge operating or dewatering experience is an asset;
- Ability to travel overnight up to 75 annually with 12 weeks from home at a time;
- Class 5 Drivers License is required;
- Experience operating frontend loaders wheel loaders or skid steersis an asset;
- Boaters license is an asset.
