Are you a dynamic and experienced leader in the veterinary industry or Practice Manager in the Human Health Sector AdelaideVet is looking for a dedicatedPractice Manager to lead our highperforming team at AdelaideVet Prospect.
As a Practice Manager you will be an integral part of our leadership team ensuring smooth daytoday operations fostering a positive culture and driving excellent service and care for both clients and patients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and success of our wellestablished and beloved veterinary clinic in the heart of Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:Lead and inspire a diverse team of veterinarians nurses and support staff to provide exceptional care. Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork compassion and professional development.
Operational Management:Oversee all aspects of clinic operations including staff scheduling inventory management and ensuring high standards of clinical efficiency and patient care.
Client Service:Maintain and improve the client experience by ensuring excellent communication timely services and the delivery of highquality care to patients.
Financial & Budget Management:Monitor clinic finances manage budgets and identify opportunities for growth and costefficiency.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure that the practice complies with relevant regulations accreditation standards and best practices. Maintain high clinical and operational standards.
Marketing & Community Engagement:Drive local marketing initiatives build relationships with clients and promote the practice within the local community.
About You:
Experience:Proven experience in a veterinary management or leadership role or experience in a related field with transferable skills.
Leadership Skills:Ability to manage motivate and develop a team of veterinary professionals and support staff.
Organisational Excellence:Strong organisational problemsolving and multitasking skills to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Customer Focus:Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive relationships with clients and their pets.
Knowledge:Familiarity with veterinary software systems and practice management tools.
