Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Liaison to join our team. This role is critical in expanding our presence and building relationships with community organizations schools healthcare providers and families across Maryland and beyond. The ideal candidate will excel in outreach networking and business development bringing a passion for connecting with others and promoting our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Networking:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations healthcare providers and other referral sources.
- Represent the company at community events health fairs and conferences to promote our services.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and partnerships.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to engage potential partners and clients.
- Event Participation:
- Organize community events to drive sales to targeted areas.
- Attend events to meet new families and bring on clients.
- Organize and participate in informational sessions and workshops for families professionals and community members.
- Travel:
- Travel throughout Maryland to attend meetings events and outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Proven experience in community outreach business development or a related field (experience in the healthcare or ABA industry is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfstarter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Maryland.
