Job Description

This organization operates with the spirit of a startup and the foundation of a longterm vision. Were seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the financial operations of our clients growing business. This is a highimpact role with a clear path to leadership overseeing accounting as we scale.
What Youll Do

Own fullcycle accounting: A/P A/R payroll journal entries bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly quarterly and yearend financial statements and close processes

Build and manage detailed financial models for forecasting and planning

Maintain balance sheets and manage asset/liability reconciliation

Provide clear investorready reporting and financial updates to our investment team

Collaborate with external CPAs for tax prep audits and compliance

Interface with investor reporting software for consistent professional communications

Drive the future of the accounting functionhiring and leading a team as we grow

Ensure financial integrity using Rent Manager Excel and Microsoft Office tools
