Job Description
Are you a people person who loves solving problems and being the friendly voice on the other end of the line Were looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our inhouse call center team! In this role youll be handling inbound and outbound calls emails and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Dont worryyoull get a day off during the week to maintain that perfect worklife balance. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat with lightning speed and topnotch professionalism.
- Schedule service appointments like a pro to keep everything running like a welloiled machine.
- Channel your inner detectiveby making followup and retention calls to keep our customers happy and coming back.
- Keep those customer satisfaction levels skyhigh by listening carefully providing accurate info and delivering stellar service with a smile.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure appointments are scheduled smoothly and customers are in the loop about any changes.
- Keep our database sharp! Maintain accurate uptodate customer info like its second nature.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid drivers license.
- The ability to rock your assigned shift with punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent communication skillswhether talking typing or texting youve got it!
- The talent to juggle multiple tasks like a pro in a fastpaced environment.
- Organizational wizardry with an eagle eye for the details!
- Computer skills that would make a tech guru proud.
