Emergency Veterinarian Overnight Shifts ER Urgent Care Mentorship Available Profit Share Bonus Model
Were a collaborative independently owned ER and urgent care facility located in Bakersfield CA. We are staffed by 5 dedicated DVMsand were looking for a veterinarian to take on overnight shifts as one of our senior ER doctors transitions away from nights after 20 years. remain on board through July 1 (and likely beyond for day shifts) so theres plenty of opportunity for overlap and mentorship.

Monthly profit share based on a point system no production model no competition among colleagues

Leadership you can count on our head tech (Ops Directorintraining) and a handsoff PM focused on admin payroll insurance and accounting
Were also prepping for our AAHA inspection in June 2025 so if youre into high standards and great medicine youll be right at home.
