Job Description
Do you enjoy driving interacting with people and representing a luxury brand Were seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to join our Voss Cadillac service team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As a Cadillac Service Shuttle Driver youll be the friendly face that transports our valued customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. Youll also assist with vehicle pickups and deliveries ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport customers to their desired locations in a timely and courteous manner
- You will assist customers in getting in and out of the vehicle.
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
Assist with light lot duties when not driving
Provide topnotch customer service and a positive impression of our dealership
Communicate with the service team to coordinate customer transportation efficiently
- The shuttle driver must notify the service manager of any required maintenance of the shuttle vehicle.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 to apply
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and a friendly customerfirst attitude
Excellent communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screening
