CALLING ALL CHILDCARE PROVIDERS!
SITE DIRECTOR: Before and After School Program Site Director
Full Time and Part Time Hiring Bonus of $100/month paid for each month worked during the school year (August 2024 June 2025.
MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB: NO WAIVERS OR EXCEPTIONS.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have a minimum of a CDA
- OR 12 credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit hours
- OR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or Medicine
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards

Locations: Prince William County Elementary Schools in Woodbridge Haymarket Gainesville Nokesville Bristow and Manassas.
Schedule: Before School hours are roughly 5:459:15 AM and After School hours are approximately 3:006:30 PM.

As an AlphaBEST Captain youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
