Job Description:Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy at Parkview Center School for a Special Education Elementary Setting III teacher. This is a 1.0 FTE position starting August 25 Setting III BEAM Teacher plays a pivotal role in supporting students with significant emotional and behavioral needs in a highly structured and therapeutic environment. This teacher will provide academic instruction socialemotional learning and behavioral interventions tailored to each students individualized needs. The role includes collaborating with staff families and service providers to create a supportive learning atmosphere where students can achieve personal and academic success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with student goals.
Provide direct instruction in core academic areas while integrating socialemotional learning strategies.
Employ evidencebased behavioral interventions and maintain a structured classroom environment.
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Collaborate with special education staff counselors and families to support students academic and emotional growth.
Facilitate crisis prevention and intervention techniques as necessary.
Maintain clear and professional communication with families and related service providers.

Responsible To: Principal

Qualifications:

MinnesotaSpecial Educationlicensure required;Special Education ABS licensurepreferred.
Experience case managing students.
Commitment to an equitable and inclusive education experience.
Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence.

Compensation:Minimum full year full time starting salary is $49171 plus a district contribution towards insurance.
