Come join our team where we are located just one mile from Disneyland and across from the Anaheim Convention Center. This property has over 1500 rooms 140000 square feet of banquet space and 5 dining outlets.

Hourly Rate Range:The Hourly Rate Range for this role is $25.30$30.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint are required
- At least one 1 year of administrative experience is desired
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations is highly desired
- Previous experience in sales or catering is an asset
- Experience with Delphi is a plus
What will I be doing
- Provide administrative support to the directors and managers of sales and marketing including word processing data entry filing correspondence answering telephones and managing mail
- Perform general office duties such as faxing copying notetaking making travel arrangements and assisting on special projects as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support sales activities
- Block space in inventory systems and support the sales team in writing proposals and contracts
- Coordinate site inspections including research on customers preparing alert forms and ensuring meeting spaces and VIP rooms meet expectations
