We are looking for a fulltime Graphic Design Manager for our West Jordan UT location!
The Graphic Design Manager will oversee the visual development of marketing materials digital content branding and other design projects. This role is equal parts creative leadership and project management ensuring consistency quality and innovation in all visual communications.
Duties include:
- Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers in creating highquality onbrand designs.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion across print digital and multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with marketing product and executive teams to align visual strategies with company goals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all design outputs.
- Review and approve designs providing feedback to foster professional growth and creativity within the team.
- Manage timelines resources and priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate fresh innovative ideas into the design process.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design Visual Arts or related field.
- 5 years of graphic design experience with 2 years in leadership or managerial role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problemsolving.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with digital design including social media web and motion graphics is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
