Consider joining Ford as a Senior AEM Cloud Manager on our eCommerce team with responsibilities including defining a path to a robust scalable platform that harnesses the power of diverse data sets into a responsive and rewarding front end shopping experience for our customers.
This role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Sr. Engineeing Managers lead balanced teams of engineers and designers to deliver bestinclass software to our customers. Sr. Engineeing Managers support indepth business reviews communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support crossfunctional product teams. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data solving problems being a force multiplier and leader of their teams).
This is a hybrid role in Dearborn MI. Relocation assistance may be available.

What youll do...
- Lead the design and implementation of software and systems related for brand site products from requirements. design development coding and validation
- Drive teams that focus on the higher level of the SW stack to improve user experience
- Improve the quality of products and development velocity
- Integrate solutions with internal and external products
- Interface with Product/Design team
- Hire. Retain and grow great talent
- Provide postproduction escalation support
- Assess third party and opensource software
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- 7 years of AEM experience including handson development and troubleshooting of software systems
- 3 years of experience leading teams sizes of 10 developers preferably those with .com software delivery AEM React Akamai and similar skills.
- 3 years of experience in AEM cloud implementation and migration and/or management
Even better you may have
- Masters Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Systems Engineering or related field
- AEM Cloud migration expertise
- Experience in handson development and troubleshooting of software systems
- Experience in leading .com software delivery with Adobe Experience Manager React Akamai API and similar skills
- Understanding of clean code practices
- Solid knowledge of Git bug tracking software (Jira or other) peer reviews and other development tools
- Experience in driving organizations and executing large projects
- Strong documentation and writing skills
