Job Description
Overview
Job Skills / Requirements
- Adhere to all company personnel and safety policies and perform all assigned duties in a safe working manner.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with the duties outlined in Post Orders
- Arrive at work in proper uniform and carry the necessary issued equipment.
- Participate in Guard Mount receive assigned post and copy any extra instructions.
- Use provided communication devices such as twoway radio in a clear and concise manner.
- Provided personal escort services for designated personnel visitors etc. when directed to do so by the COR.
- Conduct personnel vehicular building & facility checks packages and parcel inspections.
- Carry firearm license/permit on person while on duty (Unless local or state law requires the contractor to maintain the records)
- Maintain hourly logs detailed reports and files of all incidents and occurrences during the tour of duty.
- Provide detailed reports on daily activities and/or incidents that may have occurred.
- Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and Xray machines.
- Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a customer servicedriven mindset.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Project Manager
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma/GED
Certification Requirements (All)
MD Armed Guard Card
DHS Suitability
O.C. aerosol spray
MEB Expandable Baton
Handcuffing Tactics and Instruction
DHS Letter of Suitability
Initials Weapon Training
Basic Training Exhibits 72/64 hours
CPR/First Aid
Firearms Qualification
FPS Orientation Certificate
