We are looking for a senior Consultant MES(Remote) to join our fastgrowing team in theUnited States.

Position Overview
As a Senior Consultant at FrontWell Solutions you will lead the strategic implementation and management of cuttingedge IT solutions within the manufacturing sector. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their operational challenges providing insightful strategies and leading the of IT projects that elevate manufacturing processes. Your extensive experience and technical expertise in MES solutions (PASX Infor etc. will be crucial in shaping the future of manufacturing IT and delivering outstanding value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements assessing manufacturing processes identifying improvement areas and formulating comprehensive IT strategies.
- Translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions providing technicalguidance and leveraging extensive industry and product knowledge.
- Architect and integrate endtoend solutions involving MES products (PASX Infor Tulip etc.)and ensure compatibility with existing technologies.
- Manage project lifecycles including planning deliverablemanagement timeline management and stakeholder communication.
- Provide technical leadership during system implementation customization and configuration to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices incorporating them into service offerings.
- Mentor junior consultants enhancing their professional development and ensuring project excellence.
- Develop documentation user guides training materials and SOPs for implemented solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing IT represent the company at industry events and build strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industryspecific regulatory standards.
What you have to offer
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Production Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in IT consulting with a significant focus on MESand complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of MES(PASX/Syncade/Opcenter) ERP systems and their integration within manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA regulations GAMP 5 related to MESimplementations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of delivering largescale IT projects on time and within budget.
- Proven advanced problemsolving capabilities and a strong analytical mindset.
- Clientcentric approach with a focus on delivering value and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and other professional duties.
