Managed Services is the operational engine of PwC Advisory. Our mission is to help clients solve complex operational challenges and reach ambitious business objectives. We work handinhand with our colleagues of the other PwC Advisory teams to develop deploy and run operational solutions combining the best experience methodologies and technologies. Our team turns ideas and insights into concrete actions and results to get things done.

Your impact

As a Project Management Officer your role is to facilitate projects/programmes at both client and internallevel by ensuring that operations run smoothly following clear processes and capturing/documenting best practices. You will implement project requirements execute project plans while ensuring value creation and sustainable outcomes for the client. You will hold a broad range of responsibilities and support with the coordination of project management activities:

  • Governance & Planning management: governance setup coordination and documentation of internal and client meetings creation of RAID log coordination support of large and complex projects

  • Stakeholder management: communicate professionally with various stakeholders (team members clients) build and maintain trusting relationships

  • Performance & Value management: design dashboard and KPIs in line with the projects objectives track performance and metrics perform analyses to produce deliverables quality control & financial reporting (budget actuals & forecast invoicing)

  • Resource management: team staffing and reconciliation with internal planning tool while identifying staffing risks on/offboarding of colleagues on the programme provision of all project information and practicalities provide trainings

  • Status report: create project roadmap monitor and update the project action list identify risks and issues followup with relevant actors on key actions prepare communications to report to higher management

  • Identify operational challenges and develop practical recommendations

  • Participate in internal or external projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing efficiency in daily operations

About you

  • Bachelors/Masters degree one or more relevant professional experiences is a plus

  • First experience in Project Management

  • Interested in handson experience

  • Interest in coaching/mentoring others

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing (stakeholder management)

  • Clientoriented and solutionsoriented

  • Able to prioritize in fastchanging environments

  • Curious keen to learn and develop your knowledge and skills

  • Proactive showing initiative and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Strong organizational analytical and stressmanagement skills

  • Balance between being a team player and able to work independently
