PANP - Otolaryngology - Grand Rapids MI

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking an Otolaryngology NP/PA to join a collegial practice with a dedicated group of 6 physicians and 9 is a wellestablished tertiary/quaternary care health system with ENT divisions including fellowship trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT.

Job Highlights:

• General Adult ENT services with some General Peds seen in office
• Hybrid role that includes: clinic hospital rounding and OR times
• Weekend rotation rounding in the hospital approx. 8 weekends per year
• In office procedures include ear cleanings biopsies laryngology scope etc.
• No holiday or night call
• 2 year orientation for new grads; 1 year orientation for experienced APP

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner:

• Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
• LICNurse Practitioner (NP) State of Michigan
• CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)

Physician Assistant:

• Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
• LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan
• CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
• CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
