Amazon Stores Security IAM (Identity and Access Management) is seeking a highly motivated and driven Principal Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives aimed at improving Amazons overall access health to customer data via finegrained access controls. This leader will spearhead the development of enterprisewide IAM solutions and programs for access management and compliance creating streamlined approaches to logging monitoring and authorization across Amazons ecosystem.
Amazon Stores IAM Security is driving multiyear human access reduction program prioritizes and implements controls for the interaction points where builders access production systems at infrastructure layer admin layer and application layer. We are transitioning application authorization to an automated permission management model reducing the burden of creating authorization policies and baselining for application owners.
Key job responsibilities Develop IAM security strategy aligning it with companys business objectives and risk tolerance. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the company to drive the development of pavedpath solutions for securing access to data. Lead executivelevel presentations and reviews to secure buyin for strategic initiatives. Oversee largescale complex programs spanning multiple regions and business verticals. Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource requirements. Drive regular program reviews and status updates with key stakeholders. Run the rhythm of business for the IAM organization.
