About the Role:
Were looking for a strategic and executionfocused Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and optimize the buyer journey across Fieldguides key practice areas. This role will lead the planning and of lifecycle campaignsincluding email social webinars and thirdparty sponsorshipswith the goal of educating engaging and converting our target audience throughout the funnel.
Youll be the connective tissue between Content Product Marketing ABM and Field Marketingensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time through the most effective channels.
What Youll Do:
Develop PersonaBased Journeys: Define and implement tailored marketing journeys by practice area and persona aligned to buyer needs and funnel stages.
Own Email Nurture & Lifecycle Campaigns: Build and optimize segmented email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns with personalized messaging. Partner with Marketing Ops for testing and measurement.
Manage the EndtoEnd Webinar Program: Own webinar strategy promotion logistics and postevent followup to maximize lead generation and engagement.
Activate Social Campaigns: Work with the Content Manager to develop channelspecific social strategies that drive awareness engagement and thought leadership across core personas.
Optimize Website Conversion: Lead the strategic approach to converting website traffic into qualified leads. Partner with Brand Content and Marketing Ops to improve conversion paths optimize landing pages and CTAs and evolve our gated content strategy.
Support Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with ABM Field Marketing and Product Marketing to deliver integrated multichannel campaigns aligned to company goals and sales priorities.
Leverage ThirdParty Sponsorships: Manage relationships and activations with thirdparty vendors (e.g. eblasts sponsored webinars content syndication newsletters etc. to expand reach and generate leads.
About You:
47 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus in lifecycle integrated or demand generation marketing
Experience mapping buyer journeys and creating content strategies that convert across the funnel
Proven success building and optimizing email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns
Strong webinar and digital event experience from planning to and followup
Ability to think strategically and execute independently in a fastpaced environment
A collaborative teamfirst mindset and strong crossfunctional communication skills
Familiarity with HubSpot Google Analytics LinkedIn Ads and webinar platforms
