In this role you will be part of the Supply Chain Distribution Resource Planning Team supporting Finish Goods inventory transitions movement and programs. This role will also help with program launches and develop a process to highlight E&O risk and End of Life Planning.
Where you come in:
You will work 2nd Shift Planning Lead supporting US and APAC inventory management and distribution
You will coordinate and support global inventory lot holds and release needs
You will build monitor inventory projections
You will evaluate E&O including short dated expiration lots and excess supply
You will lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
You will coordinate crossregion system projects plans and solutions
You support/deliver project deliverables including system testing master data setting documentation
You implement best practice process systems and policies
You solve problems and proactively align with core team and crossfunctional stakeholders
You have the ability to document stay organized to meeting timely deliverables
What makes you successful:
You are a selfstarter comfortable clearly communicating and leading cross functional meetings.
You will work in a fast paced environment and must be able to balance multiple deadlines.
You have experience with MS Office documents especially Excel Word Doc Power Point Outlook.
You have completed courses specific in Supply Chain and Lean Six Sigma.
You have experience with developing and managing project/program management.
You have experience with ERP and Supply Chain Advance Modules.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum 5 8 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace:
Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
