Salesforce Technical Administrator:
Role:
A Technical System Administrator plays a crucial role in the effective functioning of a Salesforce CRM system focusing on the daytoday configuration customization and maintenance of the platform. Responsibilities include user management data integrity and process automation to ensure optimal system performance and user experience. The administrator collaborates with stakeholders provides user support and stays updated on Salesforce updates and best practices. Additionally this role oversees customization security and performance optimization and setting technical standards to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- 20 Configure customize and maintain the system to meet the organizations needs.
- 20 Develop and implement automation processes using workflows process builder and flows configure custom objects fields page layouts and record types.
- 20 Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various departments.
- 20 Design and implement custom solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
- 10 Collaborate with business users to define SQL reporting requirements and deliver reports in a timely manner. Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to extract data from the CRM database.
- 5 Oversee the development and integration of thirdparty applications and tools.
- 5 Conduct performance tuning and optimization of CRM application.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: Two years to four years of experience with SQL database administration report writing software development SSRS SSIS Visual Studio and . Proficiency in Apex Lightning Components Visualforce and other Salesforce development
tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture. Experience with Salesforce integration and APIbased development.
Knowledge of best practices for security performance and scalability in Salesforce. Experience with implementing Cloud based Salesforce ERP modules. Strong understanding of the SDLC various automation tools developing CI/CD pipelines & designing and implementing Agile work management approach. Knowledge of CRM best practices and data security standards
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college for the purposes of giving or obtaining information building relationships or soliciting cooperation e.g. active participation in the community and user groups.
Other Skills: Strong analysis troubleshooting and problemsolving skills ability to step through complex
queries familiar with indexing strategies creating stored procedures creating triggers and
utilizing views. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements: The work is typically sedentary. However there may be some walking standing bending carrying of light items driving an automobile etc. No special physical demands are required to do the work.
Work Environment: Hybrid primarily remote. Some inoffice meetings & campus collaboration.
