Job Description
Welcoming and loving oriented FQHC Health Center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in an Urgent Care setting in Fitchburg MA!

Your Role with the Company:
- Full time 3/12s is an option
- APP will work at one location open location: Fitchburg
- FNP / PA will work 2 weekend days a month
- APP will work in an urgent care seeing all ages
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Active MA License
