Description

This is an inperson position at an outpatient clinic.

Hiring bonus for licensed Therapists!

  • $2000 for Independent license (LCSW LPC LMFT) then $2000 at 6 months if meeting productivity
  • $1000 for Associate license (LMSW LAC LAMFT) then $1000 at 6 months if meeting productivity

Starting Pay:

  • $48000 annualized for unlicensed Therapist
  • $54000 annualized for Associate Level Therapist
  • $70000 annualized for Independent Level Therapist

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.
  • At time of hire must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling marriage and family therapy social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Must be licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners within six 6 months of hire.
  • Must have a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling social work or family and marriage therapy) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Additional Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age (licensure and automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record.

Applicants must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check.
