LPNRN Flexible Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a quadriplegic adult client who is flexible about you choosing the shift length that works best for you. He is communicative about his needs in a friendly and supportive environment. Shifts days times and lengths vary but will generally follow the parameters below.

Daytime shifts: Start at 7a or 8a to either 1p 3p or 5p end of shift

Evening shifts: Start at 5p or 6p to either 10p or 11p end of shift

Weekend shifts: Start at 7a or 8a to either 1p 3p 5p 7p or 11p end of shift

Position Schedule:Full or parttime You decide! Days or evenings You decide! Weekends You decide!

Position Location:Brentwood MO 63144

Salary:$30.00$35.00 per hour depending on previous experience!

Daily responsibilities

Assist client with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.

Responsible for identification of client medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plan.

Provide daily reports concerning client conditions care and needs for nursing supplies.

Provide nursing care according to physicians orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice established standards and administrative policies.

Ensure preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative services for client and assist in the coordination of nursing care in the home environment.

Qualifications

Current nursing license valid in Missouri

Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the client while on duty
