The Opportunity:
This Research Assistant position will contribute to the Experiential AI in DataCentric Engineering project within The New Real research programme at the University of Edinburgh.
This Research Assistant role focuses on analysis of the codesign of a lightweight interactive latent space navigation tool for humanAI collaboration. It will focus on mapping summarising and deriving generalisable insights form the prototyping and iterating on specific UI components including intuitive visualisations and interactive elements that facilitate human input of qualitative meaningbased concepts.
This post will be appointed on a fulltime basis (working 35 hours per week) for 4 weeks starting around 1st July 2025 and end by 31st July 2025. The role will be hybrid working that combines a mix of remote and oncampus working.
The salary for this post is UEto 39355 per annum prorata.
