The Manager of Security Operations & Strategy is a pivotal leader responsible for safeguarding our systems data and operations. Things Youll Do
- Drive Security Innovation: Research evaluate and implement advanced security technologies for intrusion detection threat hunting incident response and automation.
- Manage Complex Security Operations: Oversee daily operations of security teams involved in network monitoring threat detection analysis incident response and threat intelligence.
- Lead Incident Response: Own significant security incidents guiding crossfunctional teams through investigation containment and remediation.
- Shape Security Strategy: Develop a robust Security Operations strategy aligned with our risk appetite and business objectives.
- Manage Security Projects: Ensure timely onbudget delivery of security initiatives while mitigating risks and promoting adaptability.
- Develop a HighPerforming Team: Build and mentor a diverse group of security experts promoting knowledgesharing continuous learning and professional growth.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume

- Proven Leadership Experience: 10 years in security operations management roles with a record of driving innovation and managing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of intrusion detection threat hunting incident response and security automation techniques.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn security threats into effective strategies aligning initiatives with business goals and risk tolerance.
- Engineering and Automation Focus: Passion for optimizing SOC processes through automation; experience with scripting and programming languages (Python PowerShell etc. is highly valued.
- Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and external partners.
