What will be your daily pursuit
Your daily pursuit is being a welcoming first point of contact for guest queries & reservations providing a seamless safe and enjoyable experience.
What will your compensation be
The starting salary for this role is $18.20 per hour.
When does this adventure begin
This is a regular fulltime position beginning in May 2025.

What will you do in this job
- Making maintaining and changing reservations for all Banff Jasper Collection owned Hotels Attractions FlyOver Canada Brewster Express and Brewster Sightseeing
- Handling phone call email and chat inquiries
- Qualifying and upselling potential clients
- Maintain accurate reservations and information in reservation system
- Assist guests with questions all while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Building and maintaining rapport and business relationships with our travel trade partners
- Working closely with Sales Managers on key accounts
- Working closely with Operations Supervisors and key team members
What skills and experience do you need for this job
- 12 years experience working in a call centre environment is preferred
- Communicate fluently in English secondary language skills may be an asset
- Mature and possess a proven ability to work independently within a fastpaced team environment
- Courteous telephone manners
- Proficient with computers
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in a sales environment with a proven ability to upsell guests
- Prior knowledge of Maestro is an asset
