The ideal candidate has marketplace or coffee shop experience is highly organized and excels at motivating teams. They will manage daily operations oversee one Supervisor and 12 team members and ensure alignment with hotel standards. Were looking for a handson leader who builds a positive accountable culture and keeps team morale high.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekdays weekends and holidays to support operational needs.

What will I be doing
As a Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and administering the activities and services of a designated restaurant(s) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
