THE ROLE: The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting works with mechanical electrical diesel equipment conditions conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

Travel Requirements:
- Some travel required (local)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- CDL class A or B highly preferred
- Diesel/automotive engine experience required
- Able to pass background check & preemployment drug screen
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
- Clean driving record
- 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
- Must have diesel engine experience
Skill Requirements:
- Electrical mechanical diesel fusion experience depending on business unit
- Work without direct supervision and can provide coaching/training to entrylevel technicians
- Technically sound
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must have customer service experience
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
- Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems often in novel and unexpected ways
