Job Summary:
As Main BankerCageYou are responsible for safeguarding casino bankroll responsible for all cash chips and negotiable instruments that flow through the Casino. This positions starting wage is $18.00.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service.
- Count all bank inventory currency/chips/U.S. Coin prior to performing any cash transactions.
- Prepare daily deposits
- Verify all cash drops F&B Banks/table games/EGD
- Responsible for Sensitive Key Log for an assigned shift.
- Maintains hard copy of Marker files
- May perform all duties of a Cage Cashier
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory departmental and company policies and procedures
- Knowledgeable of all promotions and events
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Read write speak and understand English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to account for large sums of currency
- Strong time management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Frequently required to walk run kneel stretch push twist bend and lift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate a keyboard
- Must be able to read speak and correspond in the English language
- Respond to visual and aural cues
- Able to work flexible shift
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
- Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
