About the role:
- Support creating and developing presentations for the Marketing and Media team.
- Keep and create useful team docs that can also be helpful for other teams like HR Procurement and Finance.
- Understand team needs identify training opportunities and help with onboarding and upskilling processes.
- Organize teambuilding activities for different teams.
- Arrange business trips (schedules flights hotels visas etc..
- Keep track of upcoming 1:1s and evaluations making sure all necessary documents are ready.
- Coordinate holiday approvals with different departments and tools.
- Work with the Office Management team to help solve daytoday issues.
- Support Directors and VPs by handling emails and documents making sure everything gets processed correctly.
- Keep the Directors and VPs office systems organized including data management and filing.
- Maintain the Directors and VPs contact list and screen calls inquiries and requests when needed.
About you:
- 12 years of experience preferably in a global company.
- English Level: C1 at least.
- Any other language is a plus.
- Google Suite Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- Team player.
- Enthusiasm and proactivity.
- Solutionoriented and reliable professionals.
- Are incredibly detailoriented with excellent timemanagement skills.
