About the role

At Dyson our Owners are at the centre of everything we do. As an ECommerce Senior Key Account Manager youll be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences across our Amazon account. You will drive growth and performance by delivering account strategies managing budgets and maximising return on investment.

Your role will include:

  • Driving P&L performance by meeting monthly quarterly and annual commercial targets.
  • Optimising budgets across onsite media and comarketing campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Building strong strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Leading negotiations to find winwin solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Managing merchandising plans working with agencies marketing teams and partners.
  • Creating and aligning sales forecasts and trade plans to achieve targets.
  • Planning and executing key commercial events with crossfunctional teams.
  • Overseeing external agencies to deliver optimal account performance.
  • Reporting on account performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Providing operational support to address priority shifts and ensure seamless .

About you

You are a dynamic resultsdriven Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of success in the ECommerce sector. Your expertise lies in taking ownership of key ecommerce market accounts driving impactful results and consistently upholding the integrity and quality of our brand. You excel in fastpaced collaborative environments seamlessly combining strategic vision with handson to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Youll bring to us:

  • At least 7 years experience as Key Account Manager with 2years operating in a senior capacity with a focus on Amazon.
  • Handson ECommerce expertise in a wholesale environment (marketplaces/pureplay retailer experience is a plus).
  • Proven skills in forecasting promotional planning budget management merchandising and negotiations.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and aligning with global/regional brand guidelines.
  • A commercial focus with a solutionoriented proactive mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to engage internal teams external partners and senior stakeholders.
  • A sharp eye for detail particularly in digital settings with a track record of consistent .
  • Adaptability and a collaborative lowego attitude to work seamlessly between strategic and operational tasks.
