Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance lead will based on experience training and demonstrated expertise manage coordinate or lead in the absence of the Facilities Supervisor in the following areas: 1 Plant Operation Maintenance Plumbing; 2 HVAC Building Automation System and Computer Maintenance System; 3 HVAC and refrigeration; 4 Electrical System and Related equipment; and 5 Department relocations moves and construction projects and work closely with contractors Environmental Facilities and Plant Maintenance/Services staff. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist Lead is expected to work with minimum supervision and serve as a trainer for Facilities Maintenance Specialists.
Qualifications
High school diploma and completion of a vocational diploma in a mechanical field. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer or Associate degree in mechanical electrical HVAC or industrial technology preferred.
