Responsibilities
As a Financial Service Representative at our branch located on 2300 St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland your day is spent helping our members in the branch with higher end financial needs. You thrive in a variable paced environment. As one of the voices of our credit union you make sure that your warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.
Youll assist members with:
- Advanced banking needs including opening and closing accounts helping our members through the loan process and facilitating fraud complaints
- Education on products and services that we offer including share certificates IRAs electronic funds transfer and online banking
- Uncovering needs and crossselling financial products
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Two years or more of similar or related experience
- Proficiency with technology including computers tablets and general office equipment
- Cash handling abilities
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
This position typically works MondayFriday with weekends off. The shifts for the St. Clair branch are 8:15am to 4:30pm Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday and either 8:15am to 4:30pm or 10:00am to 6:15pm on Thursdays.
