Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (APJ) Bengaluru In Office
Boomi is looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (APJ) to lead and scale recruiting excellence across our highgrowth AsiaPacific & Japan region. With a strong emphasis on technical hiring in India and Sales/GTM hiring across the broader region this role will focus on building scalable strategies to attract top talent across all functions.
As a key member of the global TA leadership team youll guide a highperforming regional team drive innovation and partner closely with the business TA and HR leaders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
What You Will Do
Lead coach and develop the APJ TA team
Set performance goals and KPIs aligned with company growth building accountability and shared success
Build trusted partnerships with business and HR leaders to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning
Drive innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse highquality pipelines
Provide regular reports to key stakeholders
Carry a reduced requisition load to support business needs stay close to the work and model bestinclass recruiting
Ensure compliance with regional labor laws hiring practices and cultural best practices
Champion the adoption and effective use of our TA tech stack including our ATS Generative AI tools sourcing platforms and analytics to elevate team performance hiring quality and scalability
Lead regional branding initiatives including campus engagement and employee storytelling to position Boomi as an employer of choice
Build and manage strong relationships with external partners including contingent workforce vendors and university programs to ensure scalable access to top talent across the region
The Experience You Bring
10 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally within a SaaS environment
5 years of experience leading highperforming recruiting teams ideally in a SaaS environment
Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics identify trends inform and influence decisions and measure the effectiveness of TA strategies
Strong understanding of employment practices compliance and cultural norms across APJ
Proven expertise hiring across technical domains such as software engineering data cloud AI APIM and security
Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build trust and alignment with business leaders and crossfunctional partners
Excellent communication coaching and leadership skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience hiring G&A and Sales/GTM positions a strong plus
