Retail Supervisor Part Time

• Pay 12.70 per hour
• Tips paid weekly (Estimated 700 per year if working a 16 hour week)

We are looking for an experienced & professionalSupervisorto join ourfriendlyteam at ourRick SteinsCoffee Shop in Padstow Cornwall.

What youll be doing

Looking after and developing a small team.

Demonstrating excellent latte art skillsoutstanding filter knowledge and a range of brew techniques.

Preparing and making coffees teas and hotdrinks for sitin and takeaway customers whilst also being involved in foodpreparation and service where appropriate adhering to company systems andprocedures.

Opening up and closing down cleaning down ofmachines at the end of shift and ensuring the premises is well presented foropening.

Sustaining exceptional level of cleanliness andhygiene.

Completing any other duties as reasonablyrequired and delegating to the team

What we are looking for

Key Skills Knowledge of specialty coffee fromboth Origin and the greater speciality coffee industry as a whole.

Excellent understanding of daytoday operationsand upkeep of coffee machinery and equipment.

Ability to deliver timely service for customers

Parking there is plenty of free parking available inPadstow.
Travel to work Padstow is on the bus route from Bodmin Wadebridge andNewquay with regular buses throughout the day.
You can cycle safely to work from Bodmin and Wadebridge to Padstow along theCamel Trail.
