PALLIATIVE CARE
Fargo ND
Essentia Health is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care APP to join our expanding Palliative Care Program. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering holistic patientcentered care that supports individuals and their families through some of lifes most meaningful moments.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Fulltime; MonFri
- Play a critical role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses.
- Deliver care within the inpatient setting.
- Close collaboration and support within the interdisciplinary palliative care team across the inpatient and outpatient settings which includes 1 Fellowship Trained Physician 1 Social Worker and 1 chaplain.
- Opportunity to participate in the ongoing growth and development of the palliative care program.
- EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities

REQUIREMENTS
Significant experience in palliative medicine oncology hospice or geriatrics is strongly preferred.
LOCATION
- Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
- 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- FargoMoorhead population: 225000; Regional Population: 478000
